Pricing questions
When do I pay?
Only after both you and another learner have agreed to swap. Until both sides have paid £19.99, booking references stay hidden. You can browse, list and match without paying anything.
What if DVSA refuses our swap?
You'll be refunded in full. As long as you and your match contact DVSA on 0300 200 1122 within 48 hours of confirming the swap and DVSA declines or cannot process it, your payment is returned.
Are there any subscription fees?
No. You only pay once, per match. If your first match falls through and you find another, you'll only pay for the swap that actually completes (the rest is refundable).
Why charge anything at all?
We use the fee to verify real learners (cutting out fake listings and bots), keep the platform running, and provide UK-based customer support. Most learners get their test weeks or months earlier — easily worth £19.99.
